We empower girls to change the world.
OBY focuses on the development and empowerment of all girls, with an emphasis on girls of color in Lexington, KY and the surrounding counties. We offer in-person and virtual programs for girls, worldwide!
Our goal is to teach girls 10-17 years of age to be socially and economically successful through mentoring, career coaching and life-skills development!

To improve the lives of girls in marginalized communities by developing life-skills and improving self-confidence through education, training, and mentorship for life-long success.

Operation Be You (OBY) is a tax-exempt organization (Employer Identification Number 85-4083631) under Section 501(c)(3) of the US Internal Revenue Code.
