Join us for a fun clinic where we talk "real talk" about growing up, staying fresh, and feeling unstoppable.
Participants: Girls - ages 10-17 years

This clinic will focus on the key areas of:
Body Basics: Understanding body odor, sweat, and how to stay fresh
Smile Strong: Dental Care Tips
Fresh Fits: Clean Clothes, laundry, and self-respect
Period Power: Menstrual care, confidence
Hair Care: Basic Care - washing, combing
Confidence Corner: Body positivity affirmations
Cost: Free
