Operation Be You hosts recurring one-day events that give girls focused opportunities to build confidence, connect with peers, and experience joy. Each workshop or celebration offers a high-impact moment that reinforces our mission and keeps families engaged throughout the year. These touchpoints strengthen the village surrounding our girls and deepen their connection to OBY.

Our Programs
Operation Be You offers four intentional programs that empower girls to embrace their identity, strengthen their voice, and access meaningful opportunities. Across 8 to 12-week experiences, the 5P Empowerment Program and A Journey to Find Me build emotional wellness, resilience, and personal growth, while Jerown’s Joy New Athletic Shoe Drive removes barriers to participation – not only for girls but for any child in need. Lastly, the I Was Here Nation Builder Program deepens cultural awareness and leadership. Together, these programs create a pathway for girls to feel seen, supported, and unstoppable.
